Senbon ToriiSenbon ToriiThe famous senbon torii ("thousands of gates") of Inari Fushimi shrine. These dense gates race up the side of a mountain and open to a small shrine, which leads to more and more gates as you continue up. The gates get less dense as you get higher and eventually opens to a view of Kyoto.
